The aqua topped girl's slender, yet feminine frame is neither tall nor short for her age; for people like her of ordinary height, she stands nearly to five feet, five inches. While it is rather difficult to imagine that her body harbors steel abs or bulky muscles in general, it is nevertheless well-trained and highly agile. Lucia's most flamboyant feature is her smooth, sapphire colored hair, which trails like a mesmerizingly azure river that runs down her back until it stops beneath her waist, while her bangs curtain over her foreheard, reaching down beyond her eyebrows. Not wishing for her rather long and well-tended hair to get in the way, she usually keeps it in place by tying it up into two pigtails, held in place by ribbons made of raven colored fabric. Her fair, almost flawless, skin, peachy lips, brilliant, purple shaded spheres and generally feminine features further amplify the image of her being everything, but a soldier.

Lucia's favorite attire consists of an innocently white, short-sleeved and bare midriff top, whose front is adorned by an indigo colored print depicting a simple, circularly shaped smiley. Her raven colored skirt covers her thighs as it reaches down to her knees, unable to hide her well shaped legs. A pair of elegant, high-heeled boots matching the color of her skirt cover her feet along with her shins. The bluenette can often be seen wearing a thightly fitting jacket that she considers her favorite piece of cloth. The mainly snowy coat is accentuated with black borders, additionally carrying a chess-like pattern in breast height. Its hood is adorned with an inky colored pelt and capable of spending warmth on colder days. In terms of accessories the aqua topped girl could be considered a minimalist, since the only adornment worn by her is a golden, highly decorated bracelet that she got from her father and nowadays serves the purpose of a memento and lucky charm.

>> PERSONALITY;
Upon hearing the term 'Idol', many people can't help but think of a frail and generally prissy individual. These imaginations, however, hardly bear resemblance to Lucia, who is everything but a damsel in distress. Encountering her for the first time one is usually greeted by a comfortable, cheerful smile that hints at an extroverted attitude and kind nature. While this first impression seems to be confirmed by her almost steadily concern for others, there actually is more to the young girl than meets the eye on first sight. In contradiction to her behavior the aqua topped teen actually is an aloof being, not allowing anyone - not even her closest friends - to glimpse at the fears and doubts nagging at her heart and troubling her mind.

The happy-go-lucky facade created by her above average acting skills, might even lead people to the assumption that the young girl is nothing, but an airhead that lacks the brains to understand the consequences of things happening around her, while the opposite is actually the case. Lucia is a sharp and observant girl that only keeps hiding her true, burdened self beneath an almost flawless mask consisting of a teasing nature and comforting words, because she is unable to overcome her fears. After losing her father due to a surprise attack of the Earth Federation, the bluenette developed a terrifying fear of loss as well as a strong desire to protect those around her and end this conflict. Not intending to burden anyone the young woman keeps utilizing tools, such as stupid jokes, random comments or simple lies, in order to avoid questions that would cause her facade to crumble.

Forcing herself to almost constantly hide behind a facade, her entire body is always somewhat tense and therefore strained. Being on her own she therefore often locks herself up in order to drop her facade and give way to those things that burden her mind and heart without anyone noticing. Lucy's interests mainly revolve around sports, such as swimming and jogging, as well as singing. Some members of the Zeon forces might consider her a source of inspiration or think of her as special, but she herself doesn't distinguish herself from others.

>> HISTORY;
Being born as the sole child of a couple of civilians living in the colonies the sapphire haired female enjoyed a carefree and blitheful childhood. Growing up in a sheltered environment the innocent child received all the love her parents had to offer. Blessed with a beautiful singing voice Lucia always dreamed of becoming a songstress; a dream that eventually came true when the young teen became an idol and started a successful career as "Rigo", a stage name derived from her surname. Having a few top ten hits her name quickly spread across the colonies, allowing her family to live a life in wealth. Her life, however, changed drastically when her beloved father died during a raid of the Earth Federation's forces. Struck by the sudden loss of her father and horrified by this cruelty against civilians the bluenette abandoned her career in order to join the Zeon military, hoping to be capable of ending this conflict. Joining the ranks of the military the young girl had to face prejudices due to her gender and previous career. The fact that many followed her example as she declared to fight for the colonies, didn't make things any better for her, since she was accused of expecting to be treated differently from the other cadets in the academy. Struggling with all her might, the sapphire haired female somehow made it through the basic training and became a pilot.
