The heart of North America, this country boasts a wide array of terrains. And has the largest array of villages in all of the world. Thanks to the different terrains the ruins of the wars are now populated with people. New cities and settlements spring up everyday.

France's importance to the Federation stems from its break-through beam weaponry technology. Housing some of the Federation's most prominent testing facilities, France's innovative approaches to mobile suits and their weaponry is second to none.

Second to the Federation's mobile suit production factories in Great Britain is Spain. Favored for their part in the making of the heavier and more durable mobile suits, thanks to their rich mineral deposits along the coast, Spain is one of the more favored (due to the immediate connection with France) methods of continental trade with its neighbors.

Considered one of the major hot-zones of Europe, Germany is under the most pressure as it is so close to the Zeon-occupied Russia. Its neighbor, Poland, has been torn asunder from the constant skirmishes between patrolling Federation and Zeon units.

Moreso a shipping territory, Korea is the Principality's favored method for transporting products and equipment from its Japan territory to Russia, and vice versa. Because of this, a large amount of the Principality's Russian forces are located near Korean borders to protect the travel routes.
